About Rehouse

The Rehouse
Mission
Restoring Homes.
Delivering Returns.
At REHOUSE, our mission is to go beyond property investment by creating a meaningful and lasting impact. We are dedicated to addressing the UK’s housing challenges through the delivery of high-quality homes that meet genuine community needs. Guided by Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles, we provide investors with opportunities to achieve sustainable, risk-adjusted returns while generating measurable social value.
We focus on maximizing value across every investment, balancing immediate income with long-term growth and profitability for our stakeholders. Above all, we are committed to regenerating communities, restoring housing, and building sustainable living environments that deliver strong returns and enduring benefits for both investors and society.
Who Are Rehouse?
The Group operates a fully integrated in-house asset management model spanning acquisitions, refurbishment oversight, tenant sourcing, lettings, rent collection, compliance, maintenance and investor reporting, ensuring direct control over performance, cost efficiency and risk management throughout the investment lifecycle. It is led by a senior team with extensive experience across the UK residential and social housing sectors, having delivered accommodation to more than 5,500 tenants across 2,500 units in 40 UK cities under government-backed contracts. At board level, the team brings exposure to over £850 million deployed into UK social housing, supporting more than 10,000 individuals nationwide in partnership with 47 local authorities.

Why Are We REHOUSE?
Our name is inspired by our mission - to help elevate and reuse existing houses rather than investing in building new ones. This is more environmentally friendly, faster, and can help take struggling property on the market and make it a desired property to live in.
The Foundation & Core Ideas
The founders have been active in property since the early 2000s. The management arm was established in 2012, and the current group structure has operated since 2021. To date, Rehouse has transacted on more than 700 properties with a combined value exceeding £90 million and currently manages over 1,000 properties.
The company’s operating model centres on sourcing undervalued housing stock, typically 2 to 4 bedroom terraced properties priced between £120,000 and £180,000, primarily in North and East Manchester. Properties are acquired and refurbished to improve performance, and refinanced following stabilisation. All refurbishment, lettings, and ongoing management are handled in house.

How We Operate
Rehouse works with both private tenants and social housing providers and has previously managed over 300 properties let to Manchester City Council. The wider leadership team brings experience across large-scale housing delivery, finance, and institutional investment, including delivery of accommodation for more than 5,500 tenants across 40 UK cities.
The company positions itself around long-term regeneration, operational execution, and ESG-led housing delivery, with the objective of producing sustainable rental income and measurable social value alongside financial returns.
Our Core Values
These are the values that REHOUSE is founded on

Transparecy
We believe every transaction should be visible, structured and understood from the outset. Our pricing is transparent, our processes are defined and our communication is direct. Trust is built through openness, and we ensure that every stakeholder understands not only the outcome we are pursuing, but the path we take to achieve it.

Pride & Performance
Inspired by the Theatre of Dreams, we deliver excellence with ambition. Our projects are driven by performance, measured in yield, long-term impact, and uplift for investors and neighbourhoods alike.

Regeneration
From industrial past to vibrant present, Liverpool’s transformation mirrors our approach: reviving neglected areas through thoughtful, strategic investment.

Trust
As the heart of British governance, Westminster symbolises accountability and transparency: values that define our relationships with investors, partners, and communities.

Accessibility
This national transport hub reflects our commitment to inclusive housing: creating homes that work for diverse tenants, including supported and vulnerable groups.

Connectivity
Like this historic fortress, we’re built to last. We focus on overlooked properties, turning them into safe, sustainable homes that stand the test of time.

Legacy
Timeless and enduring, Stonehenge represents the kind of value we seek: Economic, environmental, and social returns that outlive cycles and generations.

Community Empowerment
This living history museum embodies the power of place and people. We follow Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) principles, leveraging local strengths to shape inclusive, resilient communities.

Sustainability
Like the Eden Project, we prioritise environmental responsibility. We refurbish instead of rebuilding, upgrading old homes to low-carbon, energy-efficient standards.

Respect & Wellbeing
A place of refuge and dignity, St Paul’s represents our treatment of people. We put staff, tenants, and community relationships at the centre of what we do, because buildings mean nothing without those who live and work within them.
Our Guiding Philosophy
Capital without strategy is noise.
Strategy without collaboration is risk. But when all three align, that's where legacy is built
